Front end bounce
I own a 2002 Ram 2500 quad cab, 4wd, 5.9 V8 Auto Trans.
At about 25 - 30 MPH i notice a bounce in the front end. The truck has 105,000 Miles on it by the way. The bounce continues most of the time until 50+ mph at which sometimes it will strop. It will always come back at the lower speeds. This is not the "Death Wobble" which I read about all the time. I rotated the tires and no change. While I was rotating the tires I ran the truck while it was jacked up. Tried 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive and the bounce was not present. I had the wife drive the truck and I pulled along side her when she said it was bouncing and the front tires were not bouncing and by the way the steering wheel does not vibrate either.Am replacing all 4 shocks this weekend and after am having a front end alignment and wheel balance.
Just wondered if anyone out there has had a similar problem or have any ideas as to what could be causing this.

Bad bearings? Sloppy steering linkage?
Usually, rotating the tires SHOULD have some effect, if it is actually a tire problem. (unless you have more than one bad tire.) See what the alignment shop has to say, take it from there.

I had a problem that kinda sounds like yours on my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.9 magnum motor
It would drive fine but the whole thing would shake between about 35 and 50mph turns out one of the spark plugs boots were not compleatly secure I pushed that one in and like magic problem was gone and never came back
