brake problem

Inspect the WHOLE system for leaks. That means pulling the drums, and looking at the wheel cylinder. Pull the vacuum line off the booster, and see if it's wet. If it is, that's a sure sign the m/c has failed.

While the drums are off, make sure the adjusters aren't seized as well, and adjust up the rears.

checked all the brake lines and hoses pulled the drums and checked the wheel cylinders today didn't find anything the adjusters are fine I took them appart when I put all the cylinders and hoses and lines on it put anti sieze on the adjusters then haven't checked the hose on the booster I will do that tomorrow thanks.

Default brake problems

ok checked all the lines and hoses wheel cyl. replaced master disabled the abs system and still have the same problem pedal goes almost all the way to the floor on forced stop but seems fine when normal driving everything is new except the brake booster and the proportion valve where to now?

yes I rechecked them when I disabled the ABS system

Brake or ABS lights on? Did you bench bleed the M/C?

no lights on and did bench bleed the master the only thing that I haven't replaced is front calipers brake booster and the proport valve.

I'm with HeyYou on this step. If it's in the hydraulics, you should get the same result when you stomp on it hard and fast with the engine off.
