I have an intermittent problem on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. Sometimes both the ABS and Brake lights come on. Seems to be totally at random not going over bumps etc. The speedo never had any issues. Works fine at all speeds. Just to be on the safe side, and it was easy, I replaced the sensor in the top of the differential. Still same problem. I tried lifting up on the brake pedal. No effect. Brake lights work. I am thinking wheel ABS sensors . Thougths???

 

If you have four wheel ABS, you need to get the codes read, and see what the system is whining about.
