TIRE SIZE???

Im looking to put some new tires on my 1995 RAM 1500 single cab V8. I want it to look a little stockier and a tougher stance does anyone have any sugestions on what I should use size and tire wise.

Is it four-wheel drive or not? I have 33X12.50 on my 1996 1500 4x4...not on stock rims though. Whether or not it is four-wheel drive will tell you what size you can put on or not.
