Default Tranny Issue

Ok i have a wierd tranny issue. Its stuck in limp mode. Had code 1762 replaced sensor and selenoid code went away but still in limp mode. Disconnected electronics from tranny and it shifted from 1 to 2 to D (3). Now when i disconnect rear o2 sensor it starts out in 1 but wont shift out of it. What could this be? I tried unplugging both o2 sensors and still will take off in 1 and wont shift out of it. Now if i manually shift to 1 it will take off in 1 but when I shift to 2 it wont shift until i place it in D. Please help

Did you try counting clicks to see if the indicator is accurately telling you what gear you're in?
1st click from Park to reverse
2nd click from reverse to neutral
3rd click from neutral to drive.. so on.. so on..
I say this because my indicator dealeo is off by a click and a half.. no idea why.. I got enough problems with the POS to worry about it now tho..
