Default 96 dodge ram 1500 will crank won't start

So was out having fun the pasture and got the ram a little hot. It shut off and at first it would not crank. We by passed the starter relay and it would crank but it won't start. We don't think it is getting any fuel but honestly don't know. Please someone help?

Try and start in neutral.

Are you getting spark?

Tried it and yes we are getting spark. The engine control fuse keeps blowing and the fuel pump blew to but replaced both of them. It sounds like it is not getting any fuel but I don't know how to check that.

You can rent a fuel pressure gauge from your local parts store. There is a valve on the fuel rail it screws on to.

Did the engine control fuse blow again?
