Speed Daddy halos

Does anyone know if you can put different bulbs into speed daddy halos, and if you can how do you do it?

Have you looked to see what bulbs are currently in them and if they can be removed?

They are not like regular bulbs. you can unscrew the assembly that the bulb is connected to, but I have not been brave enough to try that yet.
