Default Wiper problem.

So I recently bought my first dodge. 1997 2500 12 valve. The wipers worked when I bought her. Literally one day later, when I needed them, they went halfway and haven't worked since. The squirter stopped working also, at the same time. I've pulled the motor and it tested good. The fuse is good. I switched the switch. That wasn't it. I probed around and power is not being sent to the motor. The whole plug is dead. I've run out of ideas.

Download the manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W, start following the power around, and see where it disappears.

Default Fixed

So I was tracing down wires one by one from the back of the fuse box, and I googled the fuse box to hopefully find a map. Then I noticed all the fuse boxes I saw had a fuse in every slot, mine did not. So I got a box of fuses, filled all the empty fuse slots. And low and behold everything works. Imagine that. Thank you for your help.
