1999 dodge ram 1500 springs

If I put Stock or Factory Sport Springs from a 1999 ram, will it lift a base model truck? The sport edition came with factory lift right?

Nope. Sports were the same ride height as the non-sport trucks. There are a selection of different springs though, for varying cargo capacities.
