Since I found the combo switch in my truck was reason my lights weren't working and had melted inside the housing I think I need to put relays into the headlight system. For those who have done it do you put a relay in for each headlight. One for low beam and one for high beam? Also where did you wire it in at? Mine has the daylight running lights module I'm not sure where I should tap into the system.

LMC Truck sells a "heavy duty headlight harness"...... which is plug and play. Took me about ten minutes to install. I don't have DRL's though, that will likely complicate matters. Check out their online catalog, see if they have something for you.
