Default Signal Light issues

Hello, I have a 97' dodge ram 1500 with a few strange issues regarding the signal lights. First I'd like to mention that my suspicions are in the headlight switch because when its pushed fully in both signal lights will blink on the instrument panel if I switch them to either left of right, but when it comes to my rear signal lights when its flashing left the left signal blinks, but when I switch to the right signals both rear bulbs blink with the right one slightly dimmer. Also while the headlight switch is pushed in, the instrument cluster lights are off, but if I hold the brake they light up fairly dim, same with when the signal lights blink, the instrument cluster lights up in sync with the blinking, not only that but when the brake is being held with the headlight switch pushed in, my cab lights on my roof light up dim, as well as the two front orange signal lights. However when I pull the headlight switch out my cab lights and instrument panel light up fully regardless if I'm pushing the brake, the big issue is that when the headlight switch is pulled out my right signal no longer blinks just stays constant on the instrument panel causing me to have to manually move the switch up and down lightly to make the signal flash, but the problem doesn't end there. Anytime I turn the right signal light on while the headlight switch is pulled out my left signal is the one that blinks, not the right signal, Keep in mind this is only the rear signal lights, the front operate properly, even with the headlight switch pulled out my left signal operates properly. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated if I left any details out I can provide them. Thank you

You have a short somewhere between the turns signals, and the park lamps. Likely on the right side.... might be as simple as a bad bulb.
