Sure, if the bolts line up. It was used on the 4.7 as well but maybe the flanges changed.
Call these guys since they list it as a different part number so something may have changed.

The bellhousing on the NV3500 is part of the casting for the trans case I believe. If the 3.7 uses the same bolt patter as the 4.7, then all the bolts will line up, except for one.......
