Default 15 amp oxygen sensor fuse inop

Having a problem with my parking/turn signals, and its causing me to roll up my sleeves and look at everything. I just ran through all the fuses in the power distribution block PDB (under hood, left fender) and found that the contacts for that fuse are corroded and are not allowing current flow across that fuse. Yet I had no codes when running the truck. I would have thought this would have cause a code to fire off. Is that fuse actually used in all the truck configurations? Mine is very bare bones, 2500 work truck with the 5.9 v8.

That would be the sensor heater circuit. Yes, the PCM SHOULD whine about that.......

Ugh... I was hoping this was some simple answer....The electrical system on this one is supplying an unusual fair share of mystery. I will likely know a whole lot more detail on this gen2 than I wanted to, when I get this one complete.
