Default Compatible components

hello I have a 98 ram 2500 gasser it has a 5 in lift and pushing 37” tires with 4.88 gear ratio. I’m lookin to rip the lift out an return to stock, but rather than buying the stock springs an what not I need to find a donor truck an swap my axles out also so I do not have to the gear my axle again

my question is will the components out of a 94 ram 2500 Cummins fit into my truck?

Some things will be different. The diesel will have either a dana 70, or 80, (depending on auto, or manual trans, respectively) some of the mounting bolts are different sized. If you are just using the axles and suspension, it should be a doable swap. T-case won't be compatible though, nor will the engine or trans.

Well the Dana 70 bolt up with no issues? Like with the driveline an line up in the same spot?

also well any dodge Dana 60/70/80 specifically anything between the years 1980-02 fit right into my truck? I’m wondering Because I can’t pairs of axles per say but I can find a Dana 70 rear an a Dana 60 front both with same gear ratio an from dodges. The only thing is the Dana 70 may be from an earlier 1 gen Cummins

Likely going to be differences in what u-joints they want to use....... aside from that, I am not really sure.
