i have a 1999 ram 3500 cummins turbo diesel and my guages are not working and it says "no bus". i did the test and they do have power as the dials move when the test is done but nothing else happens. what could my issue be? ive checked all fuses and even swapped the cluster from another truck.

 

PCM isn't communicating with the instrument cluster. Long list of possible problems there, from bad pcm, to pad ctm, to a simple wiring problem......
