P0132 O2 Sensor 1/1 Circuit Voltage High
P0138 O2 Sensor 1/2 Circuit Voltage High
P1762 Governor Pressure Sensor Offset Volts Too Low Or High
5 volts is a supply voltage that the pcm gives to the sensors. What it receives back is the reading it uses. The codes are not related.

What its telling you is it doesn't think the pressure sensor is telling the truth.

My local shop thinks one o2 sensor is causing all the issue. They are going to replace it and see how it does. Will let you all know. I’m skeptical.

Surprisingly enough, one failed sensor can cause issues almost anywhere else, without setting a code for the actual failed part.... Gotta love computer controlled engines.....

Default Problem solved

they replaced the p0132 o2 sensor and the main problem is gone now. So it was starved voltage to gps it seems.
