at the same time as putting a fastman 52 on my 5.9? I want to put on a new o2 sensor too.

will the computer wig out?

nope, go for it, probably un-necessary though. the only one i'd change to a new one would be the TPS... they tend to get noisy after a while and cause surging on the freeway.
