Default 1999 Dodge ram 2500 V10: Kickdown cable adjustment procedure

Went searching for a proper how to on this and just found a bunch of adjustment material regarding other versions other than the v10.

I've got a situation where after adjusting bands etc properly that I'm experiencing late 2-3 shift still. I was told that the kick down cable adjustment would help with smoother shifts. Can some one point me to the proper procedure for this or pictorial?

Should be the same as it is for the V-8s, just one end of the cable is in a different location. Procedure should be in the service manual. Get one here if you don't already have one.
