96 v10 will not start pleassssse help

Believe me I been going through this for 2 months the mechanic said the crank is intermittent (acting like its out of time) that all that is holding it back , his scan tool shows all 3 of my knock of sensors from China cutting of a different point and he used a bore scope to check the crank trigger that is fine wiring to and from sensor are fine and my ecm can start another truck its this 1 expensive magnet holding it back

No bull sh@t there's a used one on eBay still for 210 +15 shipping and the new old stock goes for 399.99- 499.99

I can not figure out how to make my own thread. But i have a 97 dodge ram 2500 v10.
This truck has always started strong. I disconnected the battery and now it acts like the battery is dead. Even when i tey to jump it, it just glugs n then dies... all interior lights will be on strong n everything, intil i try to turn it over! Then glug glug.... nothing. What can it be?
