Question Trouble codes 01 dodge ram 1500 5.9

Hey there guys new here so bear with me. Here to try to find out some info for my 01 5.9! It has 215000 miles on just replaced the plenum gasket all new plugs cap rotor and plug wires also the coil. All parts are accel. Also replaced the up river 02 (NTK) and down river 02 (Denso) I believe and replaced the evap purge valve and the (IAC). Ok I was getting codes for the 02's and the purge valve. Up river o2 sensor voltage too high and down river voltage too Lol! So I replaced all above to fix the problem well the truck runs better but still getting all of the same codes! Some of the times the truck will seem to run even better ( more power better pickup and maybe bit better on the gas milage) but then other times it acts like it's sluggish and less power and mpg. Not sure what to do to my truck next. It has really made me frustrated especially after the things that I've done to it and hoping it would take care of the codes. I currently live in central PA and it has to meet emissions and with these codes still there I can't get this done. The truck is in great shape and I have spent time and a Chuck of change on it on hopes of making a great truck again! Don't want to get rid of it have grown very fond of this dodge so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx a lot for ur time

What codes are you getting?

Does the IAC actually control idle? Does it flare at first startup, and then slowly drop to normal idle?
