google, ebay, and amazon are your friends when it comes to this. you can also try a local pick a part as it will be cheaper but you will spend more time getting the part (although you will get it right away) than just ordering it online (you will have to wait on the shipping). it would also help if you add the model year of your truck.
Not hard to fix either. Remove the inside panel and it's all right there. I've done my handles and cylinders before. Could try some penetrating oil to get the latch to release in the mean time.
Yep. PB Blaster on the latch. (be generous.) Spray it out with air, work the system to get it to loosen up, then some spray lithium grease to keep it that way.
