I have owned my snap on scanner sence new and have all the updates. can't find anything on this even in the books that came with it .... i got a 2000 ram 1500 4X4 318 5 speed. i know its out of sync but what the hell is F7 ????? no other codes. indused a code and it works as it should and cleared like it should.

If you want to set the fuel sync signal, I suspect you will need to get the arrow pointed to 'ON' then press the 'y' on the scanner. That should get it into setting the fuel sync mode. I have the same Snap-On MT2500 scanner that's shown.

You can move the arrow from where it came up as with the thumb wheel. Not sure about the F7 deal. Have you tried getting it to the sync 'on' and going from there?
