Default Cranks, No Start Ram 5.9L

Good fuel pressure, good compression, good spark, when cranking tach shows movement, input voltage at CKP sensor 6.5v. No codes.

When cranking I feel/hear a slight "stumble" as if a cylinder or two might have fired. Ideas?

There is also a cam sensor you could check.

Yep, check and see if you are getting injector pulse.

Thanks: It seems that testing the cam sensor is almost impossible because of the location. Other test it, but I may throw $40 at the problem rather than sacrifice anymore skin and blood trying to get my hands in there.

Meanwhile I will check the injector pulse as soon as it warms up a little.

On another note: Here is an oddity that probably has nothing to do with this problem. In the power distribution box there is no power to the Oxygen SSR fuse slot. Everything else in the box has power. ???
