Won’t shift right

Default Won’t shift right
I have a 96 V10 with 115k. Trans won’t shift out of second unless I let off the gas. Any ideas?

Fluid and filter change, and a band adjustment. If you want to go for the shotgun approach, change the electronics in the trans as well.
