Default Need help with 1999 ram

hi all, I bought a 1999 ram 1500 and it’s been de-badged and newly painted. Any idea how to know what package the truck has, Laramie, sport..etc? It has power driver seat and 4x4. Does the vin say what package it has? Thanks in advance.

Data plate beak down is also in the service manual http://dodgeram.org/tech/Decoding/body_code_tag.html
I have used the Dodge equipment listing on a couple 97 Indys, one worked and one didn't.

DO NOT FLUSH THE TRANNY!!! Seriously don't flush them just a filter change and whatever fluid was in the pan.
