Default v-10 fuel tank leak

Hello. I'm trying to get some help with an ongoing fuel leak issue. There is a rubber cap on the top of the sending that will stay on for about 3 months then will come apart and start venting fuel. The only way I can stop this is to leave the cap loose (to vent pressure build up)but that causes a code to be thrown. Then I went and refueled it the other day and almost immediately gas started coming out of that blown vent cap. Is it possible the evap canister can get plugged causing the tank to build pressure? There are no starting or running issues from this

The evap system is connected at two different points in the front and back of the tank. There is no valve mounted to the fuel pump like I have seen in some photos. Where both of those connect it does not look like they are replaceable, it seems as though they are part of the tank. when I look up rollover valves online I cant find anything for it, only for diesel trucks. So I was guessing that the blockage would have to be somewhere else.

if you look just to the left of the sending unit connecter. normally this has a rubber cap on it because it is not used for this truck. when I removed the bed I removed what was left of the cap and clamp

Pull the fuel pump module, and see what things look like inside.
