Default code P0351 2001 dodge ram

i keep getting code P0351 then i have a no fire no start i have changed the cam sensor crank sensor ignition coil and ignition switch it runs fine when its starting i can ground the black wire going to the oil and it will start makes no sense

Changing the cam and crank sensors with aftermarket units may be a concern.... these trucks just don't like 'em.

The code is talking about the control circuit for the coil, so, either you aren't getting power to the coil, or, there is a bad connection between the coil, and PCM, or, bad PCM......
