Looking to get some insight on doing an auto to 6spd trans swap in my 01 2500 cummins. I know I need a complete kit, drive shafts, cross member, pedals, flashed ecm, etc. Could anyone tell me what it would o should cost for a complete trans? Cost of swap? How long it took? Any info would help. Thanks

 

Depends on how you go about it. Easiest way to make sure you have all the parts you need, is to buy a truck with the trans you want, that was wrecked, blew the motor, or was otherwise rendered undriveable. (aside from the trans taking a dump.....) Costs vary wildly.
