Squirrel ate the map sensor harness. Does anyone have a 1998 dodge ram 3500 8L v10? Having a hard time getting the order and color for the new harness hook up. current color wires are black with line, purple with line, and green. so I understand the orientation, Looking at the map sensor from above the tab(knotch) on the sensor is 12 oclock, the wires are at 10, 2, 6.

 

I can check that for you in the morning. Should be the same thing as mine.

 

The Echlin brand that N.A.P.A. sells does have the mating plug for it plus some wiring connected to it.

 

Yep, sorry...... didn't make it outside today.... Recovering from 12 hours in the garage yesterday...... I'm gettin' too old and beat up for this.
