Default heat

why am I getting very little heat in my 2001 dodge ram diesel,replaced t-stat,still acting the same

Low coolant, clogged radiator and/or heater core, water pump going out, blower motor, blend doors......numerous possibilities.....

thanks,any idea how to check blend doors,blower seems to work fine,radiator doesn't over heat, I also live in a cold climate in the winter

It's cold here in winter too.

If you turn the blower to a lower speed, does the air get warmer? Are the inlet/outlet hoses at the heater core around the same temp? Noticeably different?
