windshiel wipers
My windshield wipers have only worked on high speed, a few weeks ago they started to stick halfway down on windshield the second wipe (every time) so i had the windshield wiper motor replaced. Now the wipers go further down the windshield than they should and it still only works on one speed and when you turn them off they stick halfway down the windshield instead of the original position. Please send any suggestions I am clueless. Also, it's a 2000 Dodge Caravan
