Default O/D issues

so the other day while driving home when I reached 55mph my truck went into overdrive like it normally does. But when I got to around 60, it felt as though my transmission kept skipping almost bouncing. I did a tune up (sparks wires and rotor) thinking it was a misfire issue. But now it literally bounces while in overdrive. Help

Sure its not a misfire? It can make the truck feel like its trying to shake itself apart..... and it becomes REALLY noticeable in O/D.
