Default Engine Inline plug screw

How do you remove the screw that is in the engine inline plug, in my fuse box?

Ok. I was trying to remove the entire bolt. I see what you are saying now. I will try that in the morning. I had saw posts where people said the screw was loose. I was assuming they were talking about the bolt. Thanks for the tip!
