No speedometer and abs lights off

I have a 99 ram 1500 with 95 ram 2500 axels under it front and rear does anyone have a clue on how to get the speedo working again I replaced the abs sensor brake lights out in a complete loss

Did you replace the rear diff sensor?

yea still didn't solve the issue and I can't get a reading even when the scanner was on it

Do a cluster test. Hold the trip reset button in, and turn the ignition to On. (not start) That should start the test, see if the speedo tests properly.
