No Diablo won't tune the '01 V10. You'll need SCT for that. I have an SCT kit for you that is $399. you can email me if you have questions. hemifever@hemifevertuning.com

I have an SCT from Hemifever on my 01 V10 and I'm very happy with the results. The difference is night and day over the factory 'deathflash' tune.

Default Sct dcx 3200 x3

I was told this would be the best tuner for my truck 2001 Dodge 2500 4 x 4 8.0 V 10 but I run a 35 inch tires and my overdrive and lock up his real sluggish will running the sooner compensate for that

For my 2001 V10, the SCT tuner from Hemifever removed torque management and moved the converter lock up point to 53 mph. I added a 180 degree thermostat to go with the tunes and my truck runs great. I have 35's with 4.10 gears. The truck came with 3.55's and that's too tall for New England driving. So between regearing and the tuner, I'm very happy with the way my truck performs. I would contact him through his website and see what he can do for you.
