99 ram 1500 360 5.9 will not start now
When you pulled your spark plugs out, were they wet/fouled with gas. Crank the engine over several turns, then pull the plugs to see if they're "freshly" wet. Have you done a compression test yet? If you haven't, now's the time. A pressure gauge will at lest tell you if the cylinder's healthy or not. I've seen bent lifters cause an engine to run like crap, but the engine ran. If the problem is bad enough, I'm sure the engine could be convinced to stop all together. You might try going back to a presumptive clogged exhaust search first, that's soooo quick n easy to eliminate as a possibility. If that engine is constipated, it won't run, it might try...but...
On your figuring out injector timing question...The kinda computer it takes to set your injector timing (fuel sync to those who like to speak like doctors who don't want you to know what they're really saying) is more expensive than drugs, single malt scotch n fine cigars put together. But I digress, I'd save that one for last, because if you haven't moved the distributor as an ***'y, the injector timing should be okay. Without that type of computer/scanner it takes time n 2 people or a remote starter and a really fine touch to attempt injector timing without a proper scanner tool/computer. Just to get the engine to start, ya gotta set the harmonic balancer timing mark near TDC #1 cylinder, then, sacrifice a virgin, then...blah, blah, blah. Even an old computer/scanner of the proper caliber will cost around a grand. If you got a "friend" who's got 1 n will either help you or lend it to you, you're in business, if not, probably cheaper to let a shop do it, THAT's of course presuming that's your problem.

Ok I’ve pulled plugs and it doesn’t seem like they’re “wet”. I have good fuel pressure tho. I got it to fire the other day and it ran very well for about 5 seconds then it chugged to death. From what I’ve done so far, the research I’ve done, and with your help, my guess is I’m just not getting fuel. So since I’ve got fuel pressure to the fuel rail, the injectors must not be doing they’re job. I’ve done the compression test and i got 102ish on cylinder 1 and 105ish on cylinder 2. That’s about right correct?
That's at the bottom of the 'acceptable' range...... (compression)
Should be able to rent a noid light from your local parts store, and test if you are getting consistent injector pulse.
Did you test fuel pressure with a gauge? If so, what kind of pressure are you getting? And does it maintain it while the engine is actually running?
