Default Wheel rotation ticking noise&clattering

1997 dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.2L Passenger side front wheel region:

As I drive, I hear a ticking noise that is in sync with the rotation of the tire. Tire has nothing stuck on it.

Also, when going over bumps I hear a clattering noise every so often.

These noises are not too loud. They can be heard when cruising at speeds below 20mph.

Any thoughts? I was told wheel bearing and ball joints are fine. I am about to change tie rods, sway bar links and bushings, and steering dampener.

Check the u-joint in the axle on that side.

You need to check the u-joint and wheel bearing yourself.
