I am new to this forum. I have a 2001 Dodge 1500 I inherited from my brother last year. The wipers stop randomly in various positions when on delay. I have replaced the multi function switch and the wiper relay. Neither has fixed the problem.

I think that's controlled by the central timer module, but, can't swear to that..... Grab a service manual for your truck from here, see what it has to say.
