2001 1500 Rear end compatible w/ 2002?
I have a 2001 1500 Ram quad cab with a 9. 25 gear ratio which is busted. I want to swap it for a 2002 1500 quad cab rear end and driveshaft (dont know the gear ratio, but hear all 2002 models are 9.25). Any suggestions?

I believe the vin decoder in the tool section of this forum will help you identify each vehicle specific parts like gear ratio an axle housing that’s where I would start. As long as the axle an ratio are the same i don’t think you’ll have an issue
