Need Some Help.. Idling Issue

Yeah its running fine in park, problem starts when I put it in drive and try to go places. Haha, well sometimes it not always so obvious, this time its not a loose wire or bolt.
Well the alternator I replaced is still under warranty, I'm thinking I'll just get my return on it, and order this nicer Bosch like I should've done originally. But my curiosity does want me to just go get it tested. Problem is I live 40 miles to the nearest auto parts store and I'm not sure if I wanna invest that kind of time this weekend

Ayup, that alternator is a welfare case n the battery is doin' all the work for shore. your sure all the lines are hooked up to the alternator, especially the ground?
