Default Power drain on batteries

2000 2500 diesel has a 225 Ma draw on system. Removed all fuses and relays one ata time and still have drain. Pulled feed from battery to under hood fuse block and goes to zero.pulled alternator lead and misc accessories leads And no change Ideas?

PCM will always have a little bit of a draw. .2 amps is within spec.
