Just an update code came back on, and I picked up an NTK downstream 02 Sensor yesterday. Going to put it in today and see if the code comes back. Work my luck lol

UPDATE: That fixed my problem no cell! ABS and BRAKE light are in, so now time to fix them.... Again.
