Default Drop in engine 1997 Ram 1500 NO SPARK HELP ME

I put a 5.2 V8 into a 1997 dodge ram from a 1996 ram. Used 97 harness for engine. All original parts on drop in. Crank sensor wiring turned out to be wired backwards (5v was on opposite side) and same for cam sensor. Swapped wires. STILL NO SPARK. Coil is good and has power to and from it. MAP and TPS are wired correctly. No engine codes. Has original PCM from original donor engine. Original crank sensor as well. The weird thing is at my cam and crank sensor (they are hall effect sensors) I have 5v reference on one side, ground but then I have 2.5v on the other wire. I don't think I should have voltage on 2 wires to these sensors. I AM READY TO TORCH THIS THING SO IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE AT ALL, PLEASE HELP.

Verify that crank sensor didn't have a bad experience when it was installed. They are frequently victims of engine swaps....

Why did you change the wiring harness? You really didn't need to.

I thought it would be easier to just lay the harness from the old engine on the windshield instead of trying to hook up the trans wiring etc. Turns out not to be the case. I'll take a look at the crank sensor tonight. I hope it's bent or something.
