Default Throttle body adjustment issue

I decided to pull the throttle body and clean it today as it was beginning to look a little dirty and upon reinstalling it my gas pedal has so much slack it hardly will rev up. I've looked at it but for the love of me cannot find the issue and was wondering if anyone had a diagram of how the cables are ran and if I'm missing something? Of course it started raining so i'd rather get it done right and fast than sit there trying to figure out what it did wrong.

Some pictures of yours would help so we can see what's going on.

I finally figured it out after the rain stopped and i had a chance to look at it clearly... I didn't notice the plastic pivot piece that the cable was supposed to tuck under.
