Front Vents Not Working, Ideas before I rip the dash apart?

There where the updated check valve comes into play. You have what is called Wild Vents

What you need is a Mopar Updated Check Valve part # 04677204. Here is the link to the TSB is says up to 96 only because 97-02 should have came with them but some never did. http://dodgeram.info/tsb/1996/24-01-96a.htm
