Default 5.2 leaks oil only when NOT running

I have a 1999 ram 1500 4wd with a 5.2 auto. its been leaking a few drops for awhile, nothing major but it kills me to see an oil leak. It comes out of the inspection plate weep hole right between the trans and motor. I replace the valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, and the rear main seal. I place cardboard under the truck and started it and no leaks, let it run 20-30 minutes or so and no leaks. Shut the engine down and within 10 mins or so a spot the size of a quarter leaks onto the cardboard. Where/What could be causing this leak while the engine isn't running.

Not leaking out behind the intake, or valve covers, and just running down that way is it?

I pressure washed the engine so I could see if it was but it seems oil free up high....though it may have been the oil sending unit so I re-teflon taped it too. It's just crazy it only leaks with the engine off.

Add some dye to your oil, drive it for a couple days, then shine a UV light in there. Might be enlightening.
