Default Starting issues.

98 will not start after getting to operating temp. It will start when it’s cool but not when it’s at op temp. Has new batteries and alternator. That initially solved the issue but it back. If I jump start it it starts right up. Any help would be appreciated.

It's either wiring issue or the starter. Check all the connections to starter, and ground strap to engine. Quick way to check grounding is to connect jumper cable from battery to the engine, like alternator bracket or something.
Starter may have bad brushes. When the issue arises, try tapping the starter with hammer, and see if it helps. I had ONE bad brush on 6.2 diesel, and even with warm engine I had to use glow plugs to get it started. Also on my Jeep w/5.2, brushes were so worn that it was hard to start. I took starter apart, and made more room for brushes to have better connection to collector until I got the replacement starter.
