1998 ram 2500 8.0 no start .

Default 1998 ram 2500 8.0 no start .

truck starts and then dies 55lbs fuel spark all the time had noid light on injuctor and power is lost and truck dies could it be bad ecu changed cam and crank sensor thanks one more thing will run on card cleaner so i have no fuel control HELP !!!!!! Thanks

Do you still have fuel pressure when it quits? Just lose injector signal? Is the PCM spitting any codes??

Never did check that just had noid lite back probed into one of the injector should one side be powered all times ?

When the engine is running, they should always have power. If it isn't running, only for about three seconds after you turn the key. PCM needs to see the engine turning to power them up. Since it will run on starting fluid, or whatever, seems the coils are still getting power.

Injectors are fired in pairs. So, two cylinders failing, I could see the pcm being responsible for, but ALL cylinders? Gotta be a sensor or relay out of whack.
