I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500, power mirrors move both sides at the same time up and down and not moving in and out, but the ceiling light goes down when trying left or right. I did change the P/M switch and still the same.

 

Probably pinched wires somewhere..... Gonna have the chase the harness, and see what you find.
