Default v10 block drain plugs

Does the V10 have block drain plugs? Mine is a 1999 dealer said no drain plugs but on the starter left side it looks like a drain plug near the motor mount bolt. I dont see one on the right side.

You could just knock out a soft plug. Probably more of an effective drain anyway.

Not at the bottom of the block though..... granted, it is a larger hole.

After some research and several contacts with repair shops no one seems to know for sure if the V10 definitely has drain plugs.
The Local Dodge dealer acted as if they werent interested in helping, tried to get the parts counter to see if they could find anything in an exploded view, no luck there.
I tried to remove what appears to be a plug on the left side near the motor mount and it was extremely tight and on the edge of probably rounding off so I gave up.
Maybe better luck if it was on a lift for better access and apply the blue flame wrench! Oh well onto other problems.

You do, 3/8 pipe plugs each side. One is behind a motor mount. They are just below the freeze plugs at the bottom of the water jacket and will be rusted and clogged, all the sediment lays out there. They are also too small to do much of anything but drain the block. Think about where the cylinder walls and therefore the water jacket end. Freeze plugs are very near the bottom. I took the thermostat out, knocked out a plug front and back and hit the block from top and bottom with a pressure washer and hose, outstanding results.
